We only collect data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email, subject and message. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.

Your data is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, to continue a commercial relationship. It is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes nor used for automated profiling.

Processing is based on your consent when submitting the form and, where applicable, on the performance of a contractual or pre-contractual relationship. For EU residents (GDPR) or Brazil residents (LGPD), the additional legal bases provided by those regulations apply.

We retain your data for the time needed to respond to your inquiry and keep a reasonable record of the communication (up to 24 months). After that period, data is deleted unless there is a legal retention obligation.

You may request at any time access, rectification, deletion, objection or portability of your personal data by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the national data protection authority of your country of residence.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (TLS), access control over the management panel, hashed credential storage and audit logging.
