Frequently asked questions
The most common questions about our research peptides, international shipping methods, terms of use and technical support. If you don't find your answer here, write to us.
Strictly for scientific and laboratory research (For Research Use Only). They are not suitable for human or animal consumption, nor for diagnostic, therapeutic or cosmetic use. They have not been evaluated by any health regulatory agency.
By purchasing a product you declare that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory, academic institution or qualified professional, and you commit to using it solely for the purposes described in the technical material accompanying the lot.
Every lot goes through high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and mass spectrometry (MS). Typical published purity is ≥98%–99% depending on the compound, with identity confirmed by exact molecular mass.
Every lot has a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) traceable by lot number: HPLC chromatogram, mass spectrum, purity reading and synthesis date. The CoA travels with the shipment.
We supply researchers, laboratories and academic institutions in many countries. The buyer is responsible for verifying the legality of importing the products into their jurisdiction and for obtaining any customs, sanitary or restricted-use permits that apply.
For shipments to countries whose regulations restrict the import of research peptides, the order may be cancelled and refunded after initial review. If you have doubts about your country, please write to us before ordering.
Material is lyophilized under nitrogen in sealed glass vials with butyl stopper and aluminum crimp. The lyophilized form is stable at room temperature during transit (several weeks) and should be stored at -20 °C after receipt for long-term preservation.
The package includes physical protection (technical foam + outer box), content label, lot number and CoA. We do not use dry ice unless a specific lot requires it for stability — we always state this before dispatch.
We accept international wire transfer (SWIFT), stablecoins (USDC, USDT) and, for recurring buyers, open-account terms with credit period. We detail the options available for your jurisdiction after the first inquiry.
We do not process direct card payments: standard processors (Stripe, PayPal) restrict the research-peptides category, so we avoid unilateral chargeback risks.
There is no hard MOQ for individual researchers: you may order a single vial. For Performance lots (systematic use) we recommend ordering a 5–10 vial kit of the same lot to guarantee a single analytical reference between experiments.
For B2B professional orders (≥50 vials of the same compound) we offer wholesale pricing, open-account terms and lot-number reservation.
Store at -20 °C in its original vial until use. For occasional use, 4 °C for <30 days is usually tolerable depending on the compound. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
Reconstitute with sterile bacteriostatic water (BAC water) or saline solution, according to the compound's protocol. Once reconstituted, keep at 4 °C and typically consume within 30 days — exact stability varies and appears in the lot's technical sheet.
Yes. Every vial carries a printed lot identifier (LOT). That number corresponds to a specific synthesis, its HPLC, its MS and its CoA. You can cite the LOT in publications for reproducibility.
We will soon publish an online verifier: enter the LOT and view the corresponding CoA. Until then, we email it on request.
Report the incident within 72 hours of receipt attaching photos of the package and the vial, along with the LOT. If the deviation is confirmed (broken vial, labeling error, HPLC reading out of spec), we replace the material or refund the amount.
For warranties extended to experimental use: the purity certified in the CoA is the warranty in force at dispatch. Effects observed in your experimental model fall outside the warranty (research use only, no therapeutic claim).
Yes, we do custom synthesis for researchers and laboratories. We need the sequence (one-letter or three-letter), modifications (N-terminal acetylation, C-terminal amidation, cyclization, biotinylation), target purity and quantity. We send a quote with synthesis lead time and estimated CoA.
For sequences in restricted families or subject to control (dual-use substances, peptides with sensitive regulatory profile) there may be additional delay due to identity verification of the requester.
The data you provide via form or order is used exclusively to respond and operate the commercial relationship. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes nor use it for automated profiling. Full detail in our privacy policy.
For researchers requiring a reciprocal NDA before quoting a custom order, we can sign a short one before any technical exchange.
Standard form for the materials & methods section: "[Compound name] (Biogenesis Labs, LOT [number]); purity ≥[X]% by HPLC; identity confirmed by MS." Citing the LOT allows other laboratories to replicate with the exact same material.
If your publication is going through peer review, we can send you the full CoA in signed PDF format, ready to attach to the methodological supplement.
